Her father, Lt. Col. Balbir Singh (Retd.), a proud war veteran of the 1971 Indo-Pak conflict, served the Indian Army with courage, discipline, and devotion to duty. It is from this noble lineage that Naina draws her values of integrity, grace, and hospitality — qualities that now define every corner of Rootanian Villa.

Rootanian was founded by Naina Toor, whose name, when reversed, inspired the brand itself. Born from her passion to create spaces that feel like home, Rootanian is more than just a villa — it’s a vision of comfort and privacy. Wherever Naina traveled, she found hotels that offered luxury but rarely the warmth and ease of a true home. Rootanian was her answer — a place where guests can experience elegance, independence, and the intimate comfort of their own space.
